This orphanage originally built in 1933, in New Orleans, burned. A nun, along with help from some of the older boys helped save the other children. The orphanage was rebuilt in 1935 & has now been boarded up since Hurricne Katrina in 2005. While inside there was a horrific smell inside & out. It was either flowing sewage or from that of homeless using it as a bthroom. I don't know what the plans are for the old place, but it'd not too late.
