From what I have been able to find, this house (7,000 sq. ft. mansion) sits in this condition because of an unfaithful marriage. In the divorce settlement, which I read was vicious, the wife won the home. Soon after the ex-husband died. Thus revealing a lot of back taxes that were unsurmountable by the ex-wife. This caused her to file bankruptcy & now the house is in very bad shape. Many have been here before me. It didn't look that bad then & a lot of the furnishings were still inside then. Now, it's a place for teen partiers & vandals.
